PHILODENDRON CARAMEL MARBLE RAFFLE - 2024

1. In-Store Participation:
Raffle tickets shall be available for purchase on October 26 and October 27, 2024, during regular business hours at Lost in the Forrest, located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. The purchase price of each raffle ticket is $1.00 plus applicable sales tax. There is no cap on the number of raffle tickets that a customer may acquire. For each raffle ticket purchased, the customer will receive one Lost in the Forrest (LITF) sticker. The customer is obligated to write their LITF Order Number on the reverse side of the raffle ticket and to submit the ticket during business hours on October 26 and October 27.

2. Online Participation:
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase via the website www.lostintheforrestco.com from October 25, 2024, at 6:00 PM CST until October 27, 2024, at 11:59 PM CST. The purchase price of each raffle ticket is $1.00 plus applicable sales tax. There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets that a customer may acquire. Each ticket purchased entitles the customer to one LITF sticker. Customers may opt to collect their sticker(s) in-store at no additional charge or choose to have it shipped for a fee of $1.00 plus applicable sales tax per order.

3. Entry Without Purchase:
No purchase is necessary to participate in the raffle. To enter without making a purchase, participants must mail a written request to Lost in the Forrest, 1676 W. End Blvd, St. Louis Park, MN 55146, explicitly requesting entry into the raffle. The request must include the participant's name, phone number, address, and email. The letter must be postmarked on or before October 28, 2024, and must arrive at Lost in the Forrest by October 31, 2024, at 3:00 PM CST in order to be eligible for entry. Each qualifying letter will receive one (1) raffle ticket.

4. Notification of Entry:
Customers purchasing tickets in-store shall receive a copy of the ticket and are advised to retain the ticket marked "KEEP THIS COUPON." Customers must also obtain an email or text receipt as proof of purchase. Online purchasers will receive two (2) emails from shop@lostintheforrestco.com prior to October 31, 2024, at 12:00 AM CST, 1) a receipt at the time of purchase and 2) an email confirming their entry and providing images of their ticket numbers.

5. Drawing:
All entries will be assigned one physical raffle ticket, with each ticket having equal odds of winning. The drawing will be conducted live on Lost in the Forrest's official Facebook and Instagram pages (@lostintheforrestco) on October 31, 2024, at 6:00 PM CST. Subsequent to the live drawing, the winning number will be posted on Lost in the Forrest's Instagram and Facebook stories (not in a post). Tickets marked "KEEP THIS COUPON" and tickets lacking an order number will be disqualified if selected during the drawing.

6. Prize Claiming:
The winner of the raffle is responsible for contacting Lost in the Forrest via email at shop@lostintheforrestco.com no later than November 1, 2024, at 6:00 PM CST. The winner must provide the following information in their email: (1) order number, (2) proof of purchase, and (3) a photograph of the winning raffle ticket. In-store purchasers will have the winning ticket, while online purchasers will possess a photographic record of the ticket. Failure to email within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the prize. The winner is required to pick up the Caramel Marble plant at Lost in the Forrest in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, by November 7, 2024, prior to store closing. If the plant is not retrieved by 6:00 PM CST on November 7, 2024, the winner will forfeit the prize.
